FAQs
What should I expect from my first session?
1
Your first session is a one-on-one introduction built around your body, your history, and how you move. We’ll establish a baseline, introduce foundational work, and begin shaping a practice that can evolve with you over time.
How should I prepare for my session?
2
Wear something you can move in comfortably. Avoid anything overly loose that may interfere with alignment cues. Grip socks are recommended. Arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time.
How often should I come?
3
Consistency matters more than intensity, but frequency does matter.
Once a week can maintain, but it’s slower to create change.
Twice a week is where most people begin to see and feel a difference.
Three times a week is the most ideal and will accelerate progress.
We’ll determine a rhythm that fits into your life and supports your progress.
What is the difference between a single session, the Four-Session Series, and a Recurring Series?
4
A single session is a starting point.
The Four-Session Series is a short, structured introduction to build consistency.
Recurring Series are designed for ongoing practice, with a set number of sessions each month.
When do sessions expire?
5
Single sessions and the Four-Session Series expire 45 days from the date of purchase.
For Recurring Series, sessions are intended to be used within each monthly cycle. Any unused sessions at the end of a cycle are converted into rollover credits for the following month only. Rollover credits expire at the end of that next cycle. Please see full studio policies for more information.
What is the cancellation policy?
6
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed sessions will be charged in full. Please see full studio policies for more information.
Can I bring someone with me?
7
Committed and Obsessed Recurring Series include one shared session per month. Your guest must be new to Cadra.
What if I can’t make it into the studio?
8
Life happens. We get it. Sessions may be completed via Zoom when needed, so your practice can remain consistent.
How do I know which option is right for me?
9
Start with a single session. From there, we’ll guide you toward the structure that best supports your body and your schedule.
