Studio Policies

Cadra LLC (“Cadra” or “Cadra Pilates”) operates on a private, appointment-based model designed to support focused, individualized work. Each session is intentionally reserved, and the following policies are in place to maintain consistency, accountability, and respect for the schedule.

These policies apply to all sessions, packages, and memberships unless otherwise approved in writing by Cadra, its owners, or employees.

Scheduling

All sessions are scheduled in advance and held specifically for you.

Availability is limited due to the private and semi-private format. Booking confirms your commitment to that reserved time.

Cancellation

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

This policy applies regardless of reason, including scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or changes in availability, unless otherwise approved in writing.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is considered a no-show.

No-shows are charged in full and the session is forfeited, unless otherwise approved in writing.

Timing

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals will not extend the session. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time.

Illness & Emergencies

If you are unwell, you should cancel your session. Cancellations will be subject to regular cancellation policies.

In the case of a true emergency, exceptions may be considered at Cadra’s discretion and must be approved in writing.

Packages, Memberships & Expiration

All sessions, packages, and memberships are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Subject to expiration

Sessions must be used within the stated time period. Expired sessions are forfeited.

Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted only at Cadra’s discretion.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.

All sales are final.

Cadra reserves the right to update pricing or offerings at any time.

Studio Environment & Conduct

Cadra operates in a highly guided, instructor-led setting.

Clients are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for their session

  • Follow all instruction and guidance

  • Use equipment only under direct supervision

  • Not remain in the studio to practice outside of a scheduled session

  • Move with control and awareness

  • Treat the space and equipment with care

Failure to follow studio guidelines may result in refusal of service.

Discretion

Cadra may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to these policies in specific situations. Any such exception must be confirmed in writing and does not constitute an ongoing waiver of these policies.

Policy Agreement

Booking and attending sessions at Cadra indicates acceptance of these policies.
